Extraordinary Incident in Kotayk: Directors of ‘Kargo Shin’ and ‘Blok Shin’ Assaulted a Citizen and Took Documents

Investigative materials are being prepared at the Nairi police department regarding a report received on April 15. On that day, around 10:00 AM, the Nairi police received a call from an unknown citizen who reported that at the construction materials base in Nor Geghi, a person named Gago and about 15 others engaged in a conversation with his relative’s son, Armen, from 8:00 PM the previous day until 2:00 AM, which then escalated into a physical altercation. Following this, the individuals threatened Armen not to report to the police and took possession of his relative’s land ownership documents, house certificate, and vehicle.

As reported by shamshyan.com, an operational group from the Nairi police, headed by the chief of the criminal investigation department, Mikitaryan, visited the scene. The police also learned that during the dispute which occurred between 8:00 PM and 11:50 PM on April 15, Garik M., a 42-year-old resident of the Kotayk region and brother of Gagik M., repeatedly struck Armen S. According to the site’s information, Gagik M. is the director of ‘Kargo Shin’ LLC, while Garik M. is the director of ‘Blok Shin’ LLC.
