Belarusians Can Participate in Secret Construction Projects in Russia: Lukashenko

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has given a positive assessment of Russian President Vladimir Putin's decision to allow Belarusian specialists to participate in the construction of the Vostochny Cosmodrome. 

This was reported by BelTA. Lukashenko stated, “A new page has opened in our relations. All restrictions on Belarus' participation in Russian closed construction projects have been lifted. The cosmodrome is a secret, closed construction.”
