Moscow Declares 18 EU Representatives Unwelcome
Russia has declared 18 staff members of the European Union representation in Moscow as unwelcome and they must leave the country soon, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
According to the statement, on April 15, the head of the EU representation, Markus Ederer, was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry, where a strong protest was lodged regarding the declaration of 19 employees from the Russian permanent representation and the European Atomic Energy Community as unwelcome on April 5.
