A Commission for Relations with Armenia Proposed in the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis

During today's session of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Milli Majlis, MP Fazil Mustafa proposed the establishment of a commission for relations with Armenia, Azerbaijani news outlets report.

According to the MP, Azerbaijan must take advantage of the current situation. He stated, “We need to activate our work with the Armenian parliament. There is a need to create a commission in parliament in this direction. In the CIS area, we are jointly operating with Armenia in five platforms. NGOs must intensify projects with Armenian NGOs and present proposals to the public. We need to start working with the Armenian society directly, without intermediaries,” he said.
