Ukraine Announces Fourth Prisoner Exchange with Russia
Ukrainian authorities have successfully returned 30 prisoners of war as a result of the latest exchange. This was announced by Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
In particular, Vereshchuk noted that 22 Ukrainian soldiers and eight civilians have returned to their homeland. “By order of President Zelensky, today we conducted another, the fourth, exchange of prisoners of war. Five officers and 17 servicemen were exchanged. Additionally, eight civilians were freed, including one woman,” Vereshchuk said.
