Tatoyan Publishes Map of Azerbaijan's Illegal Military Installations

Former Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan has stated, "To visualize the illegal military installations of Azerbaijan in Syunik and Gegharkunik, I would like to remind where they are located: GOOGLE EARTH INTERACTIVE MAP.
Their presence already constitutes a violation of human rights according to international requirements. They have turned the natural life of people in border settlements into impossibility and have disrupted security.

This map is the result of a year’s continuous fact-finding efforts; it shows illegal Azerbaijani installations represented by conditional yellow tents. Below the map’s symbols are also real photographic evidence. There is also the invasion of Nerkin Hand of Kapan region.
For objective reasons, the so-called alternative routes where Azerbaijan's new illegal installations are located are missing, but they will be included as well.
The remaining installations are accurate as of early November 2021.

The map can be accessed via the separate GOOGLE EARTH application on the phone. The map is attached to my urgent special report regarding the urgent necessity of a demilitarized zone in the contact zones with Azerbaijani military forces, based on concrete facts for the protection of the rights of the population of Armenia."
