Former Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Babayan, was in the National Assembly today. He did not answer journalists' questions, stating that he was in the Assembly for a working visit and had nothing to say.

He responded to only one question when a journalist mentioned that the enemy continues to speak to us in the language of force, asking what can be said about border delimitation and demarcation.

“Keep an army so that they don't speak the language of force,” Samvel Babayan replied.
