Video: Gyumri Farmers Write 200-Meter Z Letter and Send Greetings to Putin
Gyumri farmers Tigran and Gevorg Avagyan used a tractor to write the letter Z and Vladimir Putin's name in their field. Alongside their friends, they displayed Armenian and Russian flags and sent their greetings in Russian to Vladimir Putin and Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov from the field.
Aravot.am inquired with Gevorg Avagyan about the purpose of such a demonstration during the tense moments of the Russia-Ukraine war.
“We have organized this action to support Russia and Artsakh. We did this for our brotherly state; we are allies, and as farmers, we express our support. Our economy is linked to the Russian Federation. Our security depends on Russia. The border with Turkey is monitored by Russians. We extend our support, Russian people; we stand by your side,” stated Gevorg Arakelyan. He mentioned that the Z measures 200 meters long, and Putin's name spans 56 meters, written with their tractor.
