VIDEO: Kadyrov Awarded Another Military Rank
A ceremonial event was held in Grozny where the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, was awarded another military rank. TASS reports that the commander of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus region, Lieutenant General Sergey Zakharov, read out the order: 'Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen Republic, has been awarded the military rank of lieutenant general.'
