Russian Military Base Helicopters Conduct Training Flights in Armenia

The helicopter crews of the Russian military base of the Southern Military District in Armenia have carried out training flights in mountainous regions.

According to the official statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the crews of Mi-8 MT and Ka-52 "Alligator" helicopters developed tasks during both daytime and nighttime, focusing on search and rescue operations in hovering mode and the evacuation of conditionally injured servicemen.

More than 130 military personnel, including flight and engineering crews, participated in the training flights, with nearly 50 units of military equipment involved.
