London's National Gallery Changes Edgar Degas' 'Russian Dancers' to 'Ukrainian Dancers'

The National Gallery in London has changed the title of Edgar Degas' painting from 'Russian Dancers' to 'Ukrainian Dancers', reports The Guardian.

It is noteworthy that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation aimed at the demilitarization of Ukraine. In a televised address, he stated that circumstances 'require decisive and immediate actions from us, as the people's republics of Donbas have appealed to Russia for assistance.'

According to the Russian leader, all responsibility for the bloodshed will lie on the conscience of the regime in power in Ukraine. He called on Ukrainian soldiers to refuse to follow the 'criminal orders' of the Ukrainian authorities, to lay down their arms, and to go home.
