VIDEO: Joe Biden Confuses Himself with Michelle Obama

During the ceremony for the commissioning of a new atomic submarine, U.S. President Joe Biden made a mistake, referring to Michelle Obama as the former Vice President of the country.

The White House posted the president's speech on its website, where his remark was corrected.

“I am deeply proud of the work that she (First Lady Jill Biden) is doing as part of the ‘Joining Forces’ initiative that started with Michelle Obama when she was the Vice President of the country,” Biden stated.

The White House has amended Biden’s statement to read, “when I was Vice President of the U.S.”

Earlier, Biden had also confused the year in a message directed at American citizens, stating that they hoped 2020 would be a good year.
