Video: 'Screw You, Putin' - Europeans and Their Children Urged to Spend Less Time Washing

The European Commissioner for Competition, Margrethe Vestager, has called on Europeans to spend less time in the shower, contrary to Russian President Vladimir Putin's stance. She made this statement during an appearance on POLITICO.

According to Vestager's expressed idea, Europeans should allocate as little time as possible to water procedures in order to reduce gas consumption for water heating.

"Everyone asks me what they should do. You can do two things. Control the shower, and your and your children's water usage. Every time you turn off the water, say, 'Screw you, Putin,'" the European Commissioner stated.
