Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada Approves Response to Azerbaijani Provocation in Artsakh
Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada has addressed the provocation by Azerbaijan in Artsakh on Twitter.
"The Azerbaijani armed forces have launched an attack in Nagorno-Karabakh, taking advantage of the fact that Russian soldiers have been deployed to Ukraine," the statement reads.
