Movement of Azerbaijanis Halted: Artsakh Information Headquarters

The situation regarding the movement towards the Parukh and Kharamort villages in the Askeran region is being monitored by the Russian peacekeeping contingent stationed in the Republic of Artsakh. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

“As a result of negotiations and additional security measures, the movement of Azerbaijani armed forces is currently halted in our territory; however, the opposing side has not yet returned to their initial positions,” the statement reads.
