Gas Supply Disrupted Again in Artsakh Due to Direct Interference from Azerbaijan

The gas supply has once again been disrupted in the Republic of Artsakh. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

“Dear compatriots, we inform you that due to direct interference from the Azerbaijani side, the gas supply in the Republic of Artsakh has once again been halted. We have sufficient grounds to assert that during the repair work of the gas pipeline, which was blown up on March 8, the Azerbaijani side installed a valve, through which the gas supply was discontinued hours ago.

Azerbaijan is exploiting the unfavorable weather conditions to create additional humanitarian issues for our population and is resorting to criminal actions. The situation has been immediately communicated to the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Artsakh, with whom the authorities of Artsakh are making appropriate efforts to restore the gas supply.

At the same time, we urge citizens to use electricity as sparingly as possible to avoid possible disruptions in the electricity supply system,” the statement said.
