Poland's Prime Minister Presents Plan to End the War

Poland, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic have developed a 10-point plan to support Ukraine and cease the war. This was reported by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an article for Politico.

“First and foremost, we must disconnect all Russian banks from the SWIFT international payment system. Otherwise, Russia’s economy will adapt to the new conditions within a matter of weeks.

Secondly, we must provide asylum to Russian military personnel who refuse to serve Moscow's criminal regime.

Thirdly, we must completely halt Russian propaganda in Europe. Freedom of speech does not equate to the right to lie.

Fourthly, we should block Russian ships from entering our ports.

Fifthly, it is necessary to impose the same transportation blockade for road traffic to and from Russia.

Sixthly, we should apply sanctions not only to Russian oligarchs but also to the entire business environment.

Seventhly, we must suspend the issuance of visas for all Russian citizens wishing to enter the EU.

Eighthly, we need to impose sanctions against all members of the United Russia party.

Ninthly, we should completely prohibit the export of technologies to Russia that could be used for military purposes.

And tenthly, we must exclude Russia from all international organizations. We cannot sit at the same table with criminals.

If this does not end the war, we must move forward. In Kyiv, we have proposed establishing a peacekeeping mission under the auspices of NATO and other international organizations. If we cannot effectively implement sanctions, we have no choice: we must defend the people of Ukraine with our shields.

If we wish to restore peace, Putin must know where the red line is—the line he cannot cross. The fact that Russia has a nuclear arsenal cannot justify passivity. We must be aware of this threat, but it cannot hold us back. Otherwise, Putin will only go further,” Morawiecki believes.
