Dog Belonging to Family of Soldier Killed in 44-Day War Shot Dead in Yerevan
On March 24, a "Boxer" breed dog was shot dead in Yerevan by individuals linked to a crime. According to Shamshyan.com, the investigative department of the Nor Nork police is preparing materials regarding the incident that occurred yesterday.
A resident of Yerevan, Shahen Z., reported to the Nor Nork police that between 1:40 PM and 7:50 PM that day, his personal Boxer dog, which had been kept in the yard of his house on Moldovan Street, had been shot several times with a firearm, according to preliminary information.
According to photojournalist sources, the dog belonged to David Zakaryan, the brother of Tigran Zakaryan, who was a celebrated soldier killed in the Artsakh 44-Day War and is buried in the "Yerablur" military cemetery. Further details will be available on the website.
