Criminal Case Initiated Over Actions Aimed at Violating Artsakh's Territorial Integrity: Prosecutor's Office
A criminal case has been initiated over actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of Artsakh. This was reported by the Artsakh Prosecutor's Office.
"On March 24, 2022, around 16:00, a group of servicemen from the Azerbaijani armed forces illegally entered the village of Parukh, located in the Askeran region, which is part of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Artsakh according to the law on the administrative-territorial division of the Republic of Artsakh. They seized the area using weapons and the threat of their use, thereby violating the territorial integrity of the Republic of Artsakh.
In connection with the described incident, a criminal case has been initiated at the Artsakh General Prosecutor's Office under Article 313 of the Artsakh Criminal Code (Actions Aimed at Violating Territorial Integrity) and has been forwarded to the Artsakh Investigative Committee for further investigation," the statement said.
