Turkey is Preparing a 'Armenian Front' for Russia: Wargonzo

Turkey is preparing an 'Armenian front' for Russia, according to the Wargonzo project. It is noted that alarming news is currently coming from Armenia and Artsakh. Sources from the project report that a state of emergency has been declared in the Artsakh Defense Army.

While Russia's attention and main forces are diverted to military operations in Ukraine, Azerbaijan is preparing to strike from behind, in the best traditions of Turkey, along Russia's southern borders in the South Caucasus.

Azerbaijanis have pulled military equipment to villages near the demarcation line and are systematically shelling Armenian villages. In the shelled areas, Russian peacekeepers have partially evacuated the population and deployed additional positions.

After negotiations, both sides agreed to withdraw. However, after the Russian peacekeepers complied with the agreements, Azerbaijani forces advanced and captured a strategic height in the Askeran region.

One provocation follows another. Taking advantage of the fact that a gas pipeline runs through the territory under their control, Azerbaijanis regularly shut off the gas. People in Armenian villages heat themselves with firewood, while those in cities waste electric energy, causing overloads and power outages.

At the same time, Azerbaijani media has launched a campaign to discredit the Russian peacekeeping contingent, and according to @wargonzo, cargo planes loaded with weapons have been flying into Baku in the past month. The Azerbaijani army is preparing to enter the Syunik and Ararat regions from Nakhchivan.

In connection with the current escalation, Armenian armed forces have been put on high alert.
