Anahit Avanesyan's Husband's Company Exempted from Customs Duties

During today's government session, a decision was made to exempt "IBARI" LLC from customs duties. According to the project's details, the company is exempted from the customs duties on the importation of technological equipment, raw materials, and supplies for the production of honey, jams, preserves, and pomegranate wine in Yerevan and Ashtarak. "IBARI" LLC was founded in 2017, and among its founders is the husband of the Minister of Health, Anahit Avanesyan, Stepan Avanesyan. According to the data from the electronic registry of legal entities, 33.4% of the company is owned by Stepan Avanesyan, 33.3% by Nikolay Mkhitaryan, and the same percentage by Mane Budaghyan.

According to today's government decision, the company is obligated to invest 500 million drams for the lease of the factory and the acquisition of raw materials, and to create 27 new jobs with salaries of up to 171 thousand drams.
