Agreement Reached for Azerbaijani Forces to Return to Initial Positions: Unofficial
According to blogger Mika Badalyan, an agreement has been reached between the Russian Ministry of Defense's peacekeeping forces and the Azerbaijani armed forces concerning the return of Azerbaijani troops to their initial positions.
He noted that by the end of the day today, the village of Parukh should be completely liberated.
Official bodies have yet to announce anything regarding the possible agreement.
