Railway Communication Between Crimea and Kherson Restored: RIA

The railway from Crimea to Kherson is now being utilized for humanitarian aid and construction material supplies. This was reported by Kirill Stepanov, the deputy representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District.

As conveyed by RIA Novosti, there are plans to restore all transport corridors between Crimea and Kherson region in the near future. The communication had been suspended 8 years ago. Stepanov also noted that there are plans to restore communication towards the southeastern part of Ukraine, specifically in the direction of Zaporizhzhia settlements.
