Russia Will Use Nuclear Weapons Only in Case of Existential Threat
Russia will use nuclear weapons only in the event of a threat to its existence. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, in an interview with CNN.
“The concept of national security of Russia provides for the use of nuclear weapons only in the case of an existential threat,” he said.
