Roskomnadzor Prohibits Russian Media from Displaying Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Logos

Roskomnadzor has prohibited Russian media from displaying the logos of Meta Platforms Inc., as well as the social networks Facebook and Instagram. This was reported by the press service of Roskomnadzor in response to a TASS inquiry.

"The display of the logos of Meta Platforms Inc. and its Facebook and Instagram social networks by Russian media is unacceptable," the statement reads.

The agency noted that Russian media must indicate Meta Platforms as an organization banned in the country.
