902 Civilians Killed in Ukraine, UN Reports
From 4:00 AM on February 24 to 12:00 AM on March 19, a total of 2,361 civilian casualties were reported in Ukraine, including 902 fatalities and 1,459 injuries. This information comes from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
The report states, "In total, 902 people have died (179 men, 134 women, 11 girls, and 25 boys, as well as 39 children and 514 adults whose gender is still unknown)."
According to the report, there are 992 casualties in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (248 deaths and 744 injuries), of which 756 (195 dead and 561 injured) occurred in government-controlled areas, while 236 (53 killed and 183 injured) were reported in the territories controlled by the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics.
