The Import Limit for Goods Without Customs Clearance in the EAEU Has Increased
The import limit for goods without customs clearance in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has been raised to one thousand euros. This was announced by the official representative of the EAEU, Iya Malkina.
Malkina noted that the limit has been temporarily increased until October 1, 2022.
Since January 1, 2020, the customs clearance threshold for personal use goods imported by citizens was 200 euros. It is anticipated that this measure will support citizens who order personal use items from foreign online stores. It will also help avoid shortages of goods.
