Fire Breaks Out in Noyemberyan Municipality Building

On March 18, at 19:36, the Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center received a notification that a fire had broken out in the administrative building of the Noyemberyan municipality.

A response team from the Emergency Situations Ministry's regional rescue department and one firefighting unit were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the fire had started in one of the rooms on the first floor of the three-story building. Rescuers conducted an evacuation, bringing 20 teenagers out from the third floor of the building.

The fire was contained by 19:53 and extinguished by 20:12. Office furniture was burnt in the conference room (approximately 120 sq. m), but there were no reported injuries.
