Wildberries Sees Threefold Reduction in Website and App Errors
As of March 16, the number of errors in the operation of the Wildberries website and app has decreased threefold. This was reported by TASS.
“IT specialists have restored the main tools of the website,” the company’s press service stated.
On Monday and Tuesday, customers of the online retail store reported massive issues related to the performance of the app and the website.
“The company has initiated an internal investigation regarding the incident that occurred on March 14, 2022. As a result of the incident, errors were detected in the operation of mobile applications and the website,” Wildberries stated in its announcement.
The company also clarified that as a result of the investigation, the materials will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies. However, it is worth noting that there are still disruptions in the mobile app at this time.
