It Has Been Revealed Why Blue Water Flows from Taps in Kaghzrashen Village

The investigation led by the Chief of the Ararat Regional Police Department, Saribek Rustamyan, in collaboration with the criminal investigation and community policing divisions of the Artashat police, has successfully determined the cause of contaminated drinking water in several homes in Kaghzrashen village as of March 13.

According to Shamshyan.com, on the afternoon of March 13, police in Artashat apprehended a 19-year-old resident of Ararat Province, Agasi O., on suspicion of contaminating the drinking water. Under pressure from the evidence, and following police explanatory work, he confessed that on March 13, he connected a polyethylene pipe to a drinking water tap in order to fill a one-ton container attached to his truck with water to mix a healing powder into it.

However, due to a break in the water supply, the healing substance in the container passed through the polyethylene pipe into the main drinking water pipeline, leading to blue water flowing from the taps of several houses.

Police have located the vehicle and the one-ton tank, which has since been moved to a secure area of the Artashat police department. Agasi O. has been released, and the investigation by the Artashat police continues.

Earlier, as reported by SHAMSHYAN.com, on March 13, around 7:00 PM, a call was received by the Artashat police stating that blue water was flowing from the taps of several houses on Proshyan Street in Kaghzrashen village.
