Targeting Villages and Seizing Heights: Azerbaijani Special Operation

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the recent border tension in Artsakh is not just a routine escalation or another provocation from the Azerbaijani side but rather a special operation. Sources from Artsakh inform us that the adversary has been targeting and attempting to capture the heights located between the villages of Kharamor and Khnapat for several consecutive days.

This refers to the Karaghlukh heights, which, if controlled by the adversary, would mean that the entire Askeran region would be under their range, making it significantly easier for them to capture Stepanakert. For this reason, many residents of Kharamor, who had been evacuated during the initial days of shootings, have started returning to their village over the past few days. The adversary's plan is quite simple: to empty the villages and then enter and seize that height.
