Fox News Operator and Ukrainian Journalist Killed in Kyiv

An American operator for Fox News, Pierre Zakrzewski, and Ukrainian journalist Alexandra Kuvshynova have been killed during Russian shelling in the Kyiv region, reports the BBC's Russian service.

The information was provided by the Ukraine Institute for Mass Information, referencing Anton Gerashchenko, an advisor to the Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs. The journalists' vehicle came under fire near Kyiv. British journalist Benjamin Hall, who was part of the same group, sustained shrapnel injuries. According to Gerashchenko, Hall's lower leg had to be amputated.
