Macron and Biden Reach New Agreement on Russia
Recently, French President Emmanuel Macron held a phone conversation with U.S. President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The parties discussed the situation surrounding Ukraine and the issue of sanctions against Russia.
