Fourth Round of Negotiations with Russian Delegation to Begin in Minutes: Statement from Ukraine
The fourth round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia regarding the end of the war will commence via videoconference, announced Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the head of Ukraine's presidential office.
“Negotiations with the Russian delegation will literally start in a few minutes – the fourth round. We will finally try to prove to them that today marks the 19th day of the war and the 19th day of Ukraine's great heroism. Our positions remain unchanged: peace, immediate ceasefire, withdrawal of all Russian troops. Only after that will we be able to discuss any friendly relations and political settlements,” Podolyak said in a video message.
It is noteworthy that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a special military operation for the demilitarization of Ukraine.
