Urgent: Mortars and Heavy Weapons Used Against Peaceful Population in Artsakh

The Azerbaijani side continues to violate the ceasefire regime in the directions of the villages of Kharamor, Parukh, and Khnapat in the Askeran region, using mortars and large-caliber firearms against the peaceful population. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.

It is evident that the repeated attempts to target the peaceful population and shelled the villages with mortars are primarily aimed at creating panic among the public.
