Instagram to be Blocked in Russia
The Roskomnadzor has fulfilled a request from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and has decided to block Instagram within the territory of Russia. As reported by gazeta.ru, this information comes from the agency itself.
According to the statement, "Instagram contains materials that incite violent actions against Russian citizens, including military personnel."
