‘Armenia Must Make a Decision’: Statements from Azerbaijan

The proposals for a peace treaty from Azerbaijan are on the table for Armenia. This was stated by Hikmet Hajiyev, the head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration.

“Our proposals for a peace treaty are on Armenia’s table; Armenia must make a decision. However, we do not see Armenia accepting them,” Hajiyev stated.

He asserted that Azerbaijan is open to communication and negotiations.
