Negotiations with Lavrov Have Been Difficult, Kuleba Says

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, has stated that his negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov have been challenging. This was reported by lenta.ru.

"They were both light and heavy. Light because Minister Lavrov adhered to traditional narratives about Ukraine. Heavy because I did everything within my power to find a diplomatic solution to the humanitarian tragedy unfolding in the theater of military operations," said Kuleba.

It should be noted that today in Antalya, a meeting took place between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Dmytro Kuleba, with the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu acting as a mediator. During the 1.5-hour meeting, the parties did not reach an agreement on a ceasefire.
