As previously mentioned, Maria Zakharova had noted the start of the meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Antalya. "The meeting between the leaders of Russia and Turkey has begun in Antalya. The format is 'without ties,'" Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel.
