The Russian government has developed an action plan to stabilize the economy under challenging conditions. This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, as reported by RIA Novosti.

As part of this plan, it is proposed to exempt citizens with bank deposits of over one million rubles from personal income tax on the interest earned from these deposits during 2021-2022. Additionally, the luxury tax threshold for car owners will be raised from three million to ten million rubles.
