The War Must Come to an End: Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that the war must come to an end, insisting that it is necessary to sit at the negotiating table for substantive and honest discussions. This was announced by the president in a video address.

“The war must come to an end; we need to sit at the negotiating table. Honest, substantive negotiations that serve the interests of the people, rather than outdated murderous ambitions,” declared Zelensky.

It is worth noting that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation aimed at the demilitarization of Ukraine. In his televised address, he stated that the circumstances “require us to take decisive and immediate action,” and that the Donbas people’s republics have appealed to Russia for help.

According to the Russian leader, all responsibility for the bloodshed will lie on the conscience of the ruling regime in Ukraine. He called on Ukrainian soldiers to refuse to carry out the criminal orders of Ukrainian authorities, to lay down their arms, and to go home.
