Russian Armed Forces Declare Ceasefire Regime in Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron's request to Russian President Vladimir Putin has led the Russian Armed Forces to declare a ceasefire regime starting at 10:00 AM and open humanitarian corridors. This will allow civilian residents to evacuate from Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkiv, and Sumy.

This information was reported by RIA Novosti, citing the Humanitarian Headquarters. The humanitarian headquarters from the Ukrainian side demands the safe passage for civilians and foreigners.

According to the humanitarian headquarters, the monitoring will be conducted by drones, and any attempts by Kyiv to accuse Russia of disrupting the humanitarian situation will be futile.
