In the city, the evacuation of civilians has been disrupted for two consecutive days due to violations of the ceasefire by Russian forces.

Residents are reporting catastrophic conditions. “All inhabitants of Mariupol are in mortal danger. Communication with relatives has been completely severed. The city is without electricity. There is no water or food. Thousands of innocent civilians are dying now,” a Mariupol resident stated.
