The Use of the Term Nagorno-Karabakh by the Russian Defense Ministry Has Caused Hysteria in Baku
The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has issued a statement calling on the Russian defense agency not to use the term Nagorno-Karabakh in its statements. This was reported by the Interfax news agency.
The hysteria in Baku erupted after the Russian Ministry of Defense made an official statement indicating that they had sent 14 tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine from Nagorno-Karabakh.
