Brother of Fallen Hero Artak Arakelyan Born

Today, the brother of the fallen hero of the 44-day war, Artak Seyrani Arakelyan, born in Brnakot, came into the world: Artak. This was reported by Arthur Sargsyan, a member of the National Assembly from the ‘Armenia’ faction and former mayor of Sisian, on his Facebook page.
