Artsakh Sends 14 Tons of Humanitarian Aid to Residents of Kyiv and Zaporizhia

Through the initiative of the Artsakh Republic government, 14 tons of humanitarian aid have been sent to the residents of Kyiv and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine via Russian peacekeeping forces. This information has been reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

Earlier, the Deputy Head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, General Mikhail Mizintsev, stated that a catastrophic humanitarian situation has developed across much of Ukraine, which is deteriorating rapidly. According to him, the most challenging situations are in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, Mariupol, and several other locations.
