A Group of Saboteurs Comprised of Georgians Operates in Ukraine: Media

The "Georgian National Legion" consists of about 25 members, mostly citizens of Georgia, who are reportedly part of a reconnaissance sabotage group, according to RIA Novosti.

The "Georgian National Legion" operates as a reconnaissance-sabotage group in Ukraine's Luhansk region. Recruitment of volunteers is taking place within Georgia among nationalists who have experience in military operations against Russia. These individuals primarily include participants from Georgian-Abkhaz and Georgian-Ossetian conflicts, as well as those who have acquired combat experience in Afghanistan and Iraq,” an agency source stated.
