Chris Bryant, a member of the UK Parliament, claims that the Russian oligarch and owner of Chelsea is hastily selling his assets in the UK to avoid potential financial sanctions, as reported by The Guardian.

The parliament member points out that the government is taking too long to impose sanctions on those associated with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The West has implemented strict sanctions against Russia following the onset of military operations in Ukraine.
