OSCE Observer Mission Withdrawn from Kharkiv, Awaiting Departure from Dnipro
The OSCE observer mission in Kharkiv has been withdrawn to Dnipro and is awaiting departure from the country, the organization reported, according to RIA Novosti.
The OSCE mission in Ukraine recorded explosions and artillery attacks in Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Kherson on the evening of February 28 and the morning of March 1.
