Will Zelensky and Putin Talk? Peskov Responds to the Question

“No, not yet,” Peskov replied when asked whether Putin plans to talk to Zelensky about Russian-Ukrainian negotiations.

Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine entered their first phase on February 28. The parties discussed all the “agenda points” regarding the resolution of the situation in detail, said Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky.

Zelensky, following the results of the negotiations taking place in Belarus between Kyiv and Moscow, stated that there has not been any necessary outcome for Ukraine so far.
